- Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable
- Cancellations must be made in writing to angie@theyogaroom.london
- If a cancellation is made more than 120 days before the event start date, a full refund will be offered, minus the non-refundable deposit
- If a cancellation is made between 90 and 120 days before the event start date, a 50% refund will be offered, minus the non-refundable deposit
- Cancellations between 60 and 90 days before the event start date are non-refundable but transferable to another retreat, minus the non-refundable deposit
- Cancellations less than 60 days before the event start date are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid
