What we're doing together
You're signing up for 1:1 coaching that blends movement, strength training and pain science — built for people who've been dealing with persistent pain, an old injury, or a fear of moving that's holding them back. Sessions might include:
- Movement and strength work, adapted to where your body is right now
- Pain education — understanding what's actually going on and why
- Nervous system and confidence-building support
- Honest, practical conversation about what's working and what isn't
This is coaching, not medical treatment — the full detail on that is in my Terms & Conditions, which sit alongside this agreement.
Keeping you safe
You know your body better than anyone. During sessions:
- Tell me about any pain, injury, surgery, or health condition before we begin, and let me know if anything changes
- Speak up straight away if something feels wrong, painful, or too much — we'll always adapt
- Movement can feel unfamiliar or even a little uncomfortable as your body relearns trust — that's different from pain that's a red flag. If you're ever unsure which one you're feeling, ask me
Ending the agreement
Either of us can end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, with notice in writing to hey@angiebrand.com. Any sessions already paid for but not used will be handled fairly and in line with the cancellation terms in my Terms & Conditions.
One more thing
This agreement is meant to be short and specific to us. Cancellations and notice, payment, confidentiality, and the legal details all live in my Terms & Conditions — you'll have a copy alongside this, and both documents are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
